PMAK Kenya is a private company that was created in 2008 by a group of innovative Graduates (Three IEEE Student Exhibitors from 3 different Universities), With Support from Netovations Group LLC U.S.A CEO Dr. A. Gelman. From inception, PMAK has worked closely with both private government agencies on sector performances management reforms. With its officers designing initial Performance Contracting and Management System and the Enterprise Project Management Systems, a cornerstone for effective and efficient citizen service delivery platforms.

PMAK Kenya offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to enhance performance, transparency, and accountability.
Research
Through extensive surveys and focus groups, the Centre has created and maintained a measures database for apples-to-apples comparisons of government program results.
Training
PMAK offers over 50 open enrollment courses annually and can bring any course on-site. Intensive, methodology-based courses include step-by-step processes to improve organizational management capacity.
Certification
Government managers and Performance Contracting Co-ordinators are now required to receive formal certification. Programs are customized to meet demands while maintaining fundamental performance skills.
Policy Forums
As a thought leader in government management reform, PMAK hosts quarterly policy forums to provide decision makers ideas on the latest reforms, mandates, and best management practices.
Consulting
The Centre's consulting services provide access to comprehensive and experience-tested methodologies for government and private firms to achieve radical transformations.
Our Achievements
Called “the leading think tank in performance measurement for government” as of the Performance Contracting Congress Statement from the congress roundtable analysis during the Naivasha Tenda-2012 Congress.
PMAK has been a leader in Performance Management (Performance Contracting and Measurement for the Republic of Kenya) training and policy since the PC administration transition.
As part of the Government Performance and Sector Reforms, PMAK collaborates with government organizations to share best practices, work with limited budgets, and improve efficiency to enhance citizen service delivery.
